Leonilde Silveira, for her dedication to the land, estate and region. The experience of several harvests and a better understanding of our soils allowed for the introduction of Alicante Bouschet, leading us to the current blend.</span><br /><span style="font-family:'Calibri Light', sans-serif;"> </span><br /><span style="font-family:'Calibri Light', sans-serif;">VINIFICATION</span><br /><span style="font-family:'Calibri Light', sans-serif;">Each block is fermented separately in order to better express its singularity. It ages for 18 months in French barrels and 18 months in bottle.</span><br /><span style="font-family:'Calibri Light', sans-serif;"> </span><br /><span style="font-family:'Calibri Light', sans-serif;">AROMA AND PALATE</span><br /><span style="font-family:'Calibri Light', sans-serif;">Powerful nose with black fruit notes involved in spices and tobacco. The intensity of Cabernet Sauvignon's freshness stands out in the mouth, followed by the silky texture of Alicante Bouschet, leading to an elegant and persistent finish.</span></p>
